These colours are just what you need if you plan to make a Strawberry Shortcake cake (or even cupcakes or biscuits).

These are concentrated gel colours - you add small amounts to icing to create the exact colour you need.

The gel does not change the consistency of the icing so your stiff icing stays stiff!
