Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.
If requiring your items within a week of ordering we would always recommend you choose Express Post to ensure you have your order in plenty of time.
Same Day Shipping Guarantee
Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (Adelaide-time) on all South Australian business days will be dispatched the same day.
In rare circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to events like power failures, software malfunctions) shipment of orders may be delayed.
Please keep in mind that, even though we dispatch promptly, delivery dates can be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are sent via either Australia Post or TOLL. The carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched.
We aim for first time delivery. If you work, have gated access to your property or you live in a unit complex please consider entering a work or relatives address so the parcel can be delivered without incident. For Australia Post deliveries, their E-Parcel service may give you the option to request the parcel be left without a signature. If you exercise this option it is at your risk and any parcels showing as delivered will not be replaced or refunded if non-delivery is claimed. You also assume all risk for any address changes or redirection of deliveries that you initiate through the E-Parcel service.
Discount Party Supplies delivers Australia wide. International orders are not currently accepted. Some over-sized items may not be able to be sent to external territories or remote locations and we will make contact with you should your order contain such items.
If you require urgent delivery, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery Option at the checkout. For an Express Delivery to be delivered the next business day, your order must be placed and fully paid for before 2pm on a business day (Australian Central Standard Time), and you must be located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. Please use the "Estimate Shipping Time" calculator above to see if you are eligible for next business day delivery. If you live outside the network, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Some over-sized items cannot be sent via $19.95 Express Post (or can only be sent express in limited quantities) and generally this is noted in the description of the item. If you add such items to your cart the check-out process will not allow you to select Express Post - please contact us on 1300 858 704 if you wish to receive a quote to have your items sent Express. For orders in excess of normal retail quantities or Express orders to external territories we reserve the right to negotiate a revised postage price or, when we have made reasonable attempts to contact you and have been unable to do so, send the parcel using regular mail.
Express Post is a trackable service but does not require a signature upon delivery and may be left at your premises if you are not in attendance. If you are concerned about your parcel being left please nominate a work/relatives address so person to person delivery can take place. We cannot be held responsible for unattended parcels.
Click and Collect
We offer a convenient and free click and collect pick up service. We are located in Melrose Park, South Australia. If you are also located in South Australia, you will be able to choose click and collect during the checkout process. Please place your order online and the necessary details will be given to you in checkout. Orders are ready for collection after 2 hours and pick up is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Items are not on display or available for direct purchase from our warehouse sorry.
