Same-Day Shipping Guarantee: Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (Adelaide time) on South Australian business days will be dispatched the same day.

Yes! We offer a free, same-day* Click & Collect service from our Reynella, SA warehouse.
If you're located in South Australia, you can choose Click & Collect at checkout after entering your postcode. Place your order online and collection instructions will be provided during checkout.
*Same-day collection: Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding SA public holidays) will be ready the same day. Please allow 3 business hours before collection. You’ll receive an email and SMS notification when your order is ready.
Click & Collect is available 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders must be collected within 14 days or they will be refunded under our Change of Mind Return Policy.
