• To give a floating effect, balloons are best suspended from the ceiling with ribbon or fishing line (not included).

Instructions for Use:

• Inflate balloon with air and tie off.
• Carefully unfurl streamers and attach to bottom of balloon with sticky tape (not included). 
• Wrap balloon with tulle and tie with ribbon provided.
• Hang from ceiling/roof to give floating effect.
• Balloon can be inflated with helium, but weight of attachments will reduce floating time.
