Balloon column measures up to 1.6 metres.

Kit includes:

1 x base measuring 21cm in diameter x 3cm in height.

4 x plastic 40cm tubes.

3 x plastic 9.5cm connectors.

20 x balloon clip rings.

Assemble the base and pole structure together, tie inflated balloons to the plastic rings included and thread the rings onto the pole - simply add a foil balloon to the top of the tower to complete your colourful balloon masterpiece!
