This balloon is printed on both sides with a great Thomas and Friends picture.

Balloon measures 22cm. Stick and cup holder not included.

Air fill only (comes deflated).

How to fill air fill balloons-

Take a small straw (not included), insert into the valve and blow until you feel resistance and the balloon is full. Do not use a balloon pump.

These are not self sealing and are best sealed with a heat sealer, if this is not available then tie end securely to avoid air leakages.
