Plastic Balloon Hoop.

Hoop tubing measures 1.5cm in thickness and makes a circle up to 1 metre in diameter.

Tubing is flexible so you can make a smaller circle (use duct tape to secure sides) , oval or a rounded heart or buy a second tube to make a larger circle.

Tube has a connector (you may need to use a little pressure to maneuver the end in). Circle will need some gentle shaping by hand to achieve roundness.

Made of plastic similar to piping.

Perfect for parties, weddings and 21st birthdays, use this tubing to create a pretty circular balloon feature by tying inflated balloons all around the ring. Add plastic foliage, flowers or letter balloons to spell out a name in the centre for a beautiful and decorative display piece.
