LED Bright White Light Helium Bubble Balloon.

Pack includes 1 PVC balloon and 1 set of bright white battery-operated LED lights.

Balloon comes un-inflated and measures up to 55cm when inflated, LED Lights require AA batteries to operate (not included).

Requires additional helium compared to a similar sized foil balloon and must be sealed tightly to prevent deflation.

Attention and care is required to achieve perfect inflation, follow instructions on pack for best results- no returns or refunds are provided once inflation attempts have been made.
