Pack includes 6 clear balloons, a funnel and a 14g bag of blue and white tissue confetti. Put together these gorgeous balloons by placing the funnel into the balloon and pour in the amount of confetti desired. Balloon can then be inflated by air pump or at a helium station.

Confetti pieces are matte blue and white colours - not shiny or sparkly. Balloons come deflated.
