Pack includes 6 clear balloons featuring "Happy Birthday" in coloured writing, a funnel and a 14g bag of multi colour tissue confetti pieces.

Make these fun balloons by placing the funnel into the balloon and pouring in the amount of confetti desired. Balloon can then be inflated by air pump or at a helium station.

Confetti is a matte colour - not shiny or sparkly. Balloons come deflated.
