Handheld balloon pump.

Use this pump to inflate latex balloons with air instead of having to puff yourself out by blowing them up yourself.

You place the neck of a balloon over the nozzle and hold it in place while you pump the cylinder back and forth until the balloon inflates.

Pump is handheld and requires manual operation (not battery or power operated or for helium use).
