Pack includes 6 clear balloons, a funnel and a 14g bag of gold tissue confetti. To make the confetti balloons place the funnel into the balloon and pour in the amount of gold confetti desired. Balloon can then be inflated by air pump or at a helium station.

Gold confetti is a matte gold colour - not shiny or sparkly. Balloons come deflated.
