Silicone mold measures 10.2cm wide x 7.9cm tall. The carousel horse cutout measures 7cm tall x 9cm wide.

Mould is made from silicone and is designed for use with food and confectionary.

Silicone mould can be used with flower paste, modelling paste and gum paste, fondant, chocolate and marzipan.

Do not use it in the oven. Suitable for fridge and freezer only.

For best results, lightly dust with cornflour, and press your chosen medium gently into the mould. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool.
