40th Birthday Flashing Candle Decoration.

Decoration consists of a candle holder in the shape of the number 40 and 4 white birthday candles to place in the holder (2 for use and 2 spare for later use).

Holder measures 6.2cm long x 7cm tall x 2cm wide, candles measure 6.2cm high.

To activate, slide button on bottom of holder and the number 40 will light up and flash brilliantly in bright colours. Place candles in holder and position decoration on top of your birthday cake for a cool effect.

Made of plastic, batteries are included. Flash has automated fast, slow and strobing effects.
