Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us at Discount Party Supplies and we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to rectify any problems should they occur with minimal inconvenience to you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you may return it for a refund of the price less the shipping cost or for a credit on your account. We will also happily exchange your item.

PLEASE NOTE: You must email us for a product return authorisation number within 5 days of receipt of your product/s. Please follow our return procedure below.

CONDITIONS:

* Returned product/s must be unopened and in their original condition, including the original outer packaging to receive a full refund less the shipping cost. Return of goods is at your cost.

* If the product is defective or if we have sent you the wrong product, you will receive a full refund (including your postage costs to return the item to us) or replacement once the item/s have been received.

* Refunds and credits will be processed upon receipt of your return.

* A returned product will not be acknowledged by us unless the RA number is included in/on the packaging of the product being returned.

* Products MUST be returned within 7 days of requesting a product return authorisation number.
 

PROCEDURE:

For a return, refund or exchange, please phone us on 1300 858 704 or fill out our online contact us form. Please provide your order number and a detailed message as to why you will be returning the product when contacting our customer service team whether it be via the phone or our online webform. After discussing the issue with you, we will provide you with an RA number that MUST be included with the product that is being returned to us.
