How to Order

Discount Party Supplies has an easy order process with low price flat rate shipping. We are an online business open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

ONLINE ORDERING PROCEDURE

To order products from our site you need to choose the items you would like. This can be done by either clicking on a category link on the left had side of the page or by typing in what you are searching for in the search box located at the top right of the page.

To make a purchase simply add the quantity needed into the box next to the item and click the "Buy" button (don't worry if you need to make changes there still plenty of time to refine your order). As you add items you will see them appear in your shopping basket on the right hand side.

When you have finished shopping click the "View Basket" tab and you will be taken to a page which asks you to enter in some basic personal details which will allow us to process and dispatch your order. You will also need to choose a password so the next time you come to our store you can log in with your email address and password and we will remember you! It also allows you to be able to log in and check on previous orders.

Be sure to tick the box asking if you would like to receive our store newsletter as we send out discount coupons, updates on new releases and run competitions from time to time. Click the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions (please click the link to read them first) and then Submit and Continue. The next page displays your order, should you wish to make alterations to the products you ordered simply change the amounts in the quantity box and click "Update Order" at the bottom left of the screen or click the cross next to an item if you want to remove it from your order altogether.

When you are satisfied that you have all you will need for the special day, recheck your personal details are correct and choose your preferred shipping method (Regular or Express) and how you would like to pay. Our convenient payment options include Visa, Mastercard or Bank Deposit. If you have chosen to pay via Bank Deposit please ensure you make the deposit promptly as we can only hold your items for 3 working days from receipt of your order.

Once your cleared payment has been received, your items will be posted within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and you will receive an email notifying you the order is on its way.

Depending on your location, please allow between 1-7 business days for your parcel to arrive.
