Delivery Costs

For Regular Delivery, the shipment costs are:

• $3.95 for orders under $20.00.
• $9.95 for orders $20.00 and over.

For Express Delivery, the shipment costs are:

• $9.95 for orders under $20.00.
• $19.95 for orders $20.00 and over.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Orders over $20.00 are sent using Australia Posts Receipted Delivery parcel system.

We choose to use this method of delivery as a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left in your letter box notifying you that you have a parcel to pick up at your local Post Office.

We are unable to provide a pick up service.

Delivery Times

We only ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude South Australian public holidays.

Orders will be posted within 24 hours after cleared payment has been received. Depending on your location, delivery can take between one to seven business days.

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.

Delivery Areas

Discount Party Supplies delivers Australia wide. International orders are not currently accepted.

Express Delivery

If you require urgent delivery, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery Option at the checkout. For an Express Delivery to be delivered the next business day, your order must be placed and fully paid for before 12pm (Australian Central Standard Time), and you must be located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. Please check the Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network to see if you are eligible for next business day delivery. If you live outside the network, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
